  I have been living in a roach motel. When I saw the first bug, I asked to be on pest control. That did happen, but as I kept seeing bugs I called and asked if they could check the weather stripping. No one followed up or came to do it. I made a phone call to office manger.... nothing...I stopped into the leasing office and saw an employee email her about the issue....nothing...please check out the photo of the roach I found. It woke me from my sleep as it crawled across my ankle. Have a blessed day

  Five stars of failure. I’ve lived here for three months and have had a consistent issue with pests. The front staff had been friendly with the move-in process but since then they’ve been unresponsive and slow to handle maintenance issues. I’ve spoken with Ashley, the property manager, AND emailed her but to no avail. It’s extremely disappointing. I would view other places before signing a lease here.
  
  Update: 7 months of inconsistency between pest control and trash
