  New property manager and her staff have this place going in the right direction. Already starting to see great changes. Maintenance is responsive and quickly fixes any problems.
  
  One of the best locations in Midtown. You're walking distance to basically anything you could need, including transit, which is directly across the street.
  
  Million dollar views for a great price.

  I've lived at ACT for two and a half years and have been nothing short of satisfied. The location is the best in Atlanta and the building, albeit old, is constantly upgrading. The new pool deck and grills put in last year really are a luxury.
  
  Management is very friendly and willing to accommodate tenants as much as possible. David and Carlos always respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. All in all a great place to live.

  I loved living there, but after moving out I haven't received my deposit back. In Georgia, landlords have one month to itemize and return your deposit. It's been 47 days. I was told they sent it to the wrong address, but when I offered to pick it up in person, nobody answered my email. That was four days ago. I hope this gets resolved soon, it's a shame I have to end a year of good experiences with such a sour note.
