  So, I started my lease w/ Aaron’s after I moved into my apartment last year, & surprisingly had an alright experience w/ using them for a washer and dryer. During the process of moving out, I called them a couple weeks in advance to let them know when I would be leaving, and that the washer and dryer needed to to be picked up. They told me everything was fine and that they could pick it up before then. On the day I’m moving out, I called again to see where they were, because they still hadn’t came out. I talked to some lady on the phone, don’t recall the name. But she was like “Oh that’s right” like she forget to schedule it or something. Anyways, she said nobody could come out today so I offered to leave the key on top of the door so they could get in and take the washer and dryer. She said that was okay. So today, they went to the house and told me the key wasn’t the right key. The guy wasn’t even at the right apartment at first. You’d think they’d have that on file. But anyways, I guess he eventually found the right apartment (management either changed the locks, or the guy picking up the dryer couldnt figure out how to unlock a door.) Either way, the pick up driver calls me and tell me, (the guy who already moved out the apartment and turned the rest of the keys in) that I have to drop off the washer and dryer TOMORROW or get charged for the full amount of the washer and dryer. I call and speak to Cane, and he’s literally the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. He starts to accuse me of lease fraud & that “i better hope the washer and dryer is still in the apartment” which I’m sure it is. Then proceeds to tell me “corporate can’t save me” when I call to get corporates number. The “professional” lady that answered at first told me to Google it. He definitely doesn’t need to be in any type of management position. The washer and dryer worked good when I had it though, if that counts for anything lol. Don’t give these people your business, it’s not worth it. The reviews 100% accurately reflect this specific Aaron’s store.
